How do you reach us?

Email hello@whitesneakers.ca. One inbox handles readers, brands and press, and we read every message. For anything about your personal information, write to privacy@whitesneakers.ca instead. We don’t take paid placements, so please don’t ask us to sell space in a guide.

Readers

Write to us if you have a question about a shoe, spot a mistake, or want us to cover a pair we haven’t. Tell us the page and what’s wrong, with a link to your source if you have one. When we correct a guide, we note it in that page’s change log.

We can’t give personal medical advice about foot pain or orthotics. A chiropodist or podiatrist is the right person for that.

Brands and retailers

You’re welcome to send product information, Canadian pricing and availability, or news about new white colourways. We read all of it, but nothing you send buys coverage: we don’t accept paid placements, and any free pair is disclosed on that shoe’s page. The ground rules:

• We don’t accept paid placements. No one can pay to be included in a guide, ranked higher, or have a competitor left out. That includes free products offered in exchange for coverage.
• Samples are disclosed. If you send a pair, we’ll say so on that shoe’s page, and it doesn’t guarantee coverage or a good verdict. You won’t see or approve a review before it’s published.
• Affiliate programs. We don’t have affiliate links today. If we join programs in future, it won’t change which shoes we recommend.

For interviews, data requests or comment on white sneakers, Canadian sneaker prices or winter care, email hello@whitesneakers.ca with “Press” in the subject line. Our Lab starts testing in November 2026, and we’ll publish its methods and results as testing finishes. You’re welcome to cite our published data with a link to the source page.

Privacy requests

To ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent, email privacy@whitesneakers.ca. We respond in writing within 30 days. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and your rights under Québec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA.
